O-enn Corporation always inspects all incoming goods before shipping only those that pass the inspection.
The inspectors in charge of inspections are veteran inspectors with 20 years of experience in market distribution inventory.
An inspection report is enclosed with every item delivered.
Check the internal structure. Even if the print is the same, if the internal structure is different, there is a possibility that the product is a counterfeit. Check the size of the die and the shape of the lead frame in detail. Wires are also clearly photographed, so we can confirm that the connected and unconnected points (NC pins) are correct.
Checks for lead bends in multi-pin devices in detail, which are difficult to see with the naked eye. We also check for lead oxidation and corrosion. We do not overlook the causes of mounting defects. Differences in font and print size of surface markings are also checked to detect counterfeit products.
Measure overall length and thickness dimensions to the nearest 1/100th of a millimeter. Parts with a ground surface may not be thick enough. We check against the specified values in the datasheet to detect cleverly made imitations.
The waveforms showing the characteristics of voltage and current between terminals are displayed on the screen. Compare with a good sample to confirm that it is not a defective product. If we have data of good products in our past records, we can compare waveforms even if there is no good sample.
<IC Decap Inspection>
Open the surface mold resin and directly observe the chip inside.
If it is a genuine product, you will find the manufacturer's name and part number on the chip.
Once you have confirmed this, there is no doubt that it is a genuine product.
<Re-taping>
If there is damage to the taping, we will re-tape it.
Bulk (bag), tube, and tray products can also be taped.
Some packages may not be available for taping.
<Electrical Characteristics Inspection>
We will check the electrical characteristics against the values on the data sheet.
We not only identify good and defective products, but also evaluate temperature characteristics.
Since this is an outsourcing service, we will consult with you on the inspection details and price on a case-by-case basis.
As soon as the inspection is completed, the product is degassed and sealed. This minimizes the time the product is exposed to air and maintains the quality of the product delivered to the customer.

O-enn Co., Ltd. encloses an inspection report with every product we deliver, and we will post images taken with X-ray inspection equipment and microscopes so that you can see and feel assured. If we have a track record of the same part number, we will post both images so that you can confirm that we know there are no differences. If your company has an authorized product and lends it to us, we will also prepare a comparative inspection report comparing it to the authorized product.
