How to purchase

First of all, please enter the part number you are looking for in the search window and proceed to the quote cart from the search results to send us a quote request. We will check our current inventory status and if we can procure the product, we will submit it to you as a quotation. When you purchase, please contact us by e-mail or fax to place an order. We will hold the stock immediately. There is a sign-back column on the quotation to indicate your intention to purchase, so please use that if you are in a hurry.

How to request a quote

We recommend that you submit your request via the Request for Quotation form, as it will also keep a history of your request on your My Page. You can also submit your request by e-mail, fax, or telephone. If you have a large number of requests, it is preferable to attach them to an Excel file by e-mail. Please choose other methods as much as possible, since it is easy to mishear the part number over the phone.

For handling of items and manufacturers

Since we have a route to procure most items, please do not worry about the item, but first inquire about the component you are looking for. We procure a wide range of items from small items such as chip capacitors to connectors, LEDs, FPGAs, etc. Large items such as IGBT modules, boards, and displays are also possible. We can accommodate both domestic and overseas manufacturers.

There is no shopping cart.

There is no shopping cart on our site to ensure that we have current inventory information from our fluid market distribution inventory. We will always issue a quotation after confirmation. We ask that you indicate your intention to place an order in writing (e-mail is also acceptable).

Cancellation Policy

Market inventory is fluid. We will move to hold the product as soon as we receive your order, and we will not accept cancellations for your convenience after the order has been placed (including offers and sign-backs).

Regarding payment methods

Cash on delivery (COD) is available up to 300,000 yen. For all other cases, we will discuss with you at the time of quotation.

For shipping charges and shipping address

The quoted unit price includes shipping costs. We do not charge separately. You can specify the shipping address, but it must be within Japan. If the same unit price is used, there is no problem even if another company, such as a trading company with which we have a partnership, purchases the product.

Quality and Warranty

The products we deliver are mainly marketed inventory purchased from non-authorized distributors. Although we take every precaution to ensure the quality of our products, there are rare cases in which defective products are delivered. Please read and understand the following before using our products.

Please check the operation first.
Although we perform visual inspection, X-ray inspection, and simple terminal-to-terminal characteristic inspection, we do not perform formal electrical characteristic inspection. Please be sure to check the operation starting with a small quantity before putting a large quantity of delivered products into the market.
Concept of whether procured goods are genuine or not
We will procure the products from the secondary market on the assumption that they are "genuine new products". However, since the product is not purchased directly from the manufacturer or an authorized distributor, the acquisition route cannot be completely traced. Warranty certificates issued by the manufacturer will not be attached, and we will not be able to provide defect analysis. An inspection report of the acceptance inspection conducted in-house will always be enclosed with the delivery.
Regarding the condition of the packaging
Deliverables are not always in their original packaging. Especially when purchased in small quantities, the packaging may have changed from the original state when shipped from the manufacturer. Please understand this in advance.
Regarding the warranty period
In the unlikely event of a defect, please contact us by the warranty period indicated on the delivery note. Normally, this is "15 days after delivery". Returns will not be accepted for items past the warranty period. If you need to extend the warranty on your schedule, please contact us. Otherwise, we also offer a warranty extension program for a fee.
How to return an item
Please send us a written explanation of the reason for the return. Please be objective and convincing. A detailed test report or official documentation issued by the manufacturer is preferred. We may not be able to accept a verbal communication.
Disclaimer
In the event of a defect, we will try to find a replacement product, but if no replacement product can be found, we will refund the cost of the product. If we are unable to find a replacement product, we will refund the cost of the product. We are not responsible for loss of business profits or indirect damages due to manufacturing delays. The warranty does not cover damage caused by use of the product beyond the scope of the data sheet, or damage caused by natural disasters such as earthquake/flood/lightning/storm.
