Warranty Extension

The products we deliver are not purchased directly from the manufacturer's authorized distributor.
Since they are spot purchases from market stock, the warranty period is usually 15 days after delivery.
In the unlikely event of a defect, we will not accept returns after this warranty period.
For customers whose actual use date is beyond the warranty period, we offer a warranty extension program. Please consider this program according to your schedule.
*We reserve the right to refuse applications. Please understand this beforehand.

Warranty Period

Usually: 15 days after acceptance
Extension: 1 year after acceptance of the product.

Extension Fee

15% of estimated amount /year
(Extended warranty periods of 2 or 3 years are also available.)

The warranty does not cover the following cases

When the product is used beyond the specified range in the data sheet

Failure due to natural disasters such as earthquakes/floods/lightning/storms, etc.
The warranty is limited to the delivery of a replacement product or, if none can be found, a refund of the product price.
We are not responsible for indirect damages due to loss of business profits or manufacturing delays.
We are not responsible for any loss of business profits or indirect damages due to manufacturing delays.
Please be sure to submit a test report or other objective evidence to inform us of any defects, not just verbally.
